Mr. Schulgen is an industry recognized leader and has been involved in nearly all areas of wind energy for the last 25 years. Mr. Schulgen has held multiple Directorships, Managerial and Supervisory positions responsible for the commissioning and operations of thousand of megawatts throughout his 25 years in the wind industry which included:
Director of Field Services for Commercial Americas with Enron and GE Wind. Responsible for all the O&M wind projects in North America
Director of Manufacturing responsible for the assembly of all Enron Wind / Commercial Americas 1.5 megawatt turbines, now the GE 1.5 turbine
Training Manager responsible for the design and implementation of the Enron Skill Based Certification program which is used by GE Wind
Manager of Electrical assembly for the Zond 750 turbine
Sky River Site Supervisor a 77 megawatt Vestas V-27 s project
Lead Technician 1500 65 kw turbines

JEFF DUFF, President/CFO - Secretary of the Board
Mr. Duff is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Airstreams Renewables, Inc. with over 11 years experience in the wind industry in areas including consulting, asset management, and system performance analysis. Jeff has also been a mathematics instructor for California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, Cuesta Community College, and University of Phoenix Online. Mr. Duff’s experience has extended to numerous areas of wind power which included:
System Performance Manager with GE Wind responsible for monthly technical reviews, RCA support and analysis, operations and service reporting, customer relations for over 1700 MW of wind turbines
Technical Analyst with Zond/Enron Wind responsible for wind and turbine analysis, engineering support for a growing fleet of hundreds of owned and operated turbines throughout the world
Jeff has an MS in Mathematics (with a specialization in teaching) and BA in Mathematics and Economics (International Trade)
Jeff is a member of the AWEA Education Working Group.
Mark Jones, Director
Mr. Jones brings over 20 years of diverse sales and marketing leadership experience with small to medium sized companies within both the business-to-business and the business- to-consumer markets. Industries include wind energy, sporting goods, retail and tourism. In his various senior management positions, Mr. Jones has a proven track record in building effective strategic plans which have positioned companies to produce impressive results, which included:
With ENSA North America he secured several six figure marquee
accounts installing ENSA as the preferred height safety training
provider and a strongly recognized brand within wind.
Head of Global Sales for Silverfoot Activewear doubling sales over
a 4 year period through effective distributor and independent
representative channel management while personally securing key
accounts such as REI, EMS and Sport Chek.
With Monark Sports LLC grew the brand penetration establishing
primary provider status in the rental sector in over 65% of the resort-
based customer pool.
As Director of Marketing for the Treble Cone Ski Area in New Zealand
grew the business year on year while successfully installing the
business with ISO9000 quality management certification.
Serves as a guest lecturer on Sales and Marketing Management at
local business schools.
LISA GILBERT, Director
Lisa Gilbert joins the Airstreams Board with over 20 years experience in K-12 public education. Lisa filled the position of Vice President of Academic Affairs for Airstreams for over a year before heading back into public education. She has served as a school administrator for 7 years, most recently as Chief Administrator of Instructional Services at the district office level. She brings a strong background in curriculum and program design, evaluation of instruction and student assessment, staff development and research-based best practices in teaching for student learning. Her experience includes:

Oversight of all instructional programs for 5,000 students in grades K-12, including adult education and career technical education
Developed and implemented staff development for approximately 250 teachers and 250 classified staff
