World Wind Services, LLC. has been working with Airstreams since the beginning of 2009. In that period of time we have utilized a few different aspects of their services.
First, we have sent our own Wind Techs through their training program to enhance their skills and background. The feedback from our technicians was fantastic. While they already had field experience and safety training, they communicated that they learned a great deal, and thoroughly enjoyed the curriculum and hands-on training.
Second, as a rapidly growing company we have been faced with situations when we needed to increase our staff with a limited amount of time. We have partnered up with Airstreams on multiple occasions to recruit and hire several of their qualified and trained technicians, through their Open Enrollment Program. We have found that Airstreams is introducing the most highly trained and qualified technicians into the Wind Industry. We have been so incredibly impressed with the individuals’ technical knowledge, safety awareness, accountability and interest in the position. We truly feel confident in adding these individuals to our team, knowing that the Safety & Technical Certifications they are going to posses including, but not limited to, OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid and Tower Rescue Certifications. It is our commitment to our company, clients and the industry, that we introduce the safest and most knowledgeable techs into the field. With the help of Airstreams, we are able to confidently meet our commitments time and again.
